loveline is a web and device-based messaging platform designed for couples to stay connected. The Service allows users to:

User Accounts

To use loveline, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it to your paired partner as necessary to provide the Service.

Device Pairing

loveline allows you to pair with physical devices. When you claim and pair a device:

• The device becomes associated with your account
• You can send and receive messages through the device
• You are responsible for the physical security of the device
• You can unpair devices at any time through your profile settings

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Exposes us to liability

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless loveline and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
